The University of Florida and the Bob Graham Center for Public Service mourn the loss of Dorothy Zimmerman, a longtime UF communications leader, writer, mentor and public servant, who died peacefully at home on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2026, after facing ovarian cancer for the second time. She was 66.
